I am continually amazed that folks on the right don’t get this, or that they could be hoiked out into the proverbial street by just not quite being more agreeable. One wrong question, or a poorly concealed side eye and out you go.
I don't really care what conservatives politicians say, or print, I judge them for what they have done. Conservatives have been against civil rights, against workers rights, against women's rights since always. They have never supported a government that works for the average person. Their economic and personal freedom stories have always been quietly racist. Trump made them overtly racist. I think it is time for the two party system to die and allow ranked choice voting to elect a government that is truly supported by the majority of the citizens.

I feel the same way about the Democratic party on this very day
And I've been trying to work with them back and forth for a while
I'm tired of the misunderstandings and oops and let's be nice moving forward anyway

People have different priorities
Do we agree on a method
An awareness
And have you not lied to me or ignored direct questions
The answers to which are not controversial
They're about your character
Do you think?
These are my standards
No party needs me
I'm tired of being convinced I need them before anybody has or uses any authority they asked me to give them
I will not be convinced out of my convictions
I will be won over
By respect
And not just for me
For everyone that has to deal with this shit forever
Including the pieces in the system
Figure out how to respect me and yourself and you can have my vote
It's not impossible
